Sunday Service

Join us for virtual corporate worship every Sunday at 10 a.m. We believe that as a community of believers, worshipping together is a sacred time where the body can express itself in music, creative arts, and teaching, whatever format it may be.

On the second Sunday of every month, we also gather virtually to celebrate the “bread and the cup” as ordained by Jesus during his earthly ministry.

Tithing

Tithing is a privilege and responsibility of our regular attendees to participate in and support our ministries. During church closure, members can provide their offering through the following ways:

  1. Interac e-transfer to [email protected]
  2. Pre-Authorized Debit / Automatic Bank Withdrawal (contact [email protected] for more details)
  3. Online via CanadaHelps

We encourage members to still maintain their normal tithing, and we thank those who have continued to give.

Worship

We believe music is a beautiful medium that can reach wide groups of people, allowing them to enter God’s presence and approach Him no matter what their circumstances. Since we believe God ultimately seeks people (John 4:23), music that is appropriate to our congregation is used regularly to allow worship in spirit and truth (John 4:24) towards our audience of One.

Our rotational worship teams consists of the following characteristics:

1. Fellowship

Our worship teams are not exclusively based on musical competence—we place great emphasis on sharing, praying, and encouraging each other to constantly move forward on our Christian walk. Our willingness to fellowship with one another translates into strong team dynamics (both musically and spiritually) when we worship the Lord together.

2. Growth

When we humbly unmask our limitations and weaknesses in front of each other, we are able to learn and grow as ONE collective. “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.  Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” – Hebrews 10:24-25

3. Reverence

If we worshiped the Lord for who He is and revered Him, our whole life would change
‘But I by your great mercy
Will come into your house
In reverence will I bow down
Toward your holy temple’

Psalm 5:7

4. Corporate worship

As we, the leaders, discover more about the purposes and ideas of corporate worship, we can, by the grace of the Lord, influence the entire congregation to grow in the Lord.

5. Integration

If we are truly whole, how does worshipping a big God materialize into our workplaces?  How can we journey together to better understand what it means to worship with an overflow of thankfulness to Him for what He has done for us?

Let His glory be disseminated to all ends of the earth with our voices! If you have gifts in music and would like to help in this area of ministry, please contact our worship ministry coordinator, Sue Lau, at [email protected] for more details.
